Our family of four was on our very first road trip in our newly purchased pre-owned Range Rover, driving to an out-of-state tournament, when a warning light suddenly appeared. A quick Google search suggested we had only 10–15 minutes before the vehicle could lose all functionality. It was Memorial Day weekend, and we still had another 4–6 hours of driving ahead of us.
I found the Land Rover dealership in Des Moines, saw they were still open, and called for help. Unfortunately, all of their loaner vehicles had already been assigned, and most of the technicians had gone home. That’s when Arvin Sox stepped in.
Arvin, thank you for going so far above and beyond. You were an absolute lifesaver and a true man of integrity. We will never forget what you did for our family, and you are a shining example of what outstanding customer service should be.
