We purchased a 2016 Volvo XC60 on March 10th from Willis Automotive. It is the second Volvo we have bought from them. Anthony, our salesman was very attentive and helpful through the purchase. The buying process was smooth and easy. We did discover that the shop had put (not very good) new tires on it before we purchased it. We were not happy with their choice of tires, but they did remedy that quickly. We are now super happy with the car and the dealership!

The entire staff did an outstanding job, from start thru delivery.

For some unknown reason we were unable to schedule an annual maintenance for our Volvo over the phone. So on a whim we decided to drive to the dealership and schedule a service. Purchased a 2023 Discovery here last week and it was a great car buying experience. I did not feel like just another customer, they made the entire delivery experience something special. The accessory sales person was not pushy like most are, he gave me several options and took the time to explain everything and was just fun to talk to. We were traveling out of state with our 2008 Range Rover HSE (127,000 miles on the odometer) with an issue with the air suspension . Called and was taken on for an early express 720 AM the next morning! They spent an hour going over the vehicle after they gave us a courtesy ride to the hotel. When the reassurance we could continue home without any major repair needed. They brought our vehicle to us in less than an hour after washing the vehicle, And didn’t charge us a dime. Wow. They made what's normally a stressful process, very comfortable and easy - esp since I was purchasing from out of state and sight unseen. They helped coordinate everything - the exterior PPF, interior Xpel application, and transport to my house! I highly recommend and would buy from them again!!! We bought a four-year-old Range Rover Velar P380 HSE R-Dynamic at Land Rover of Des Moines from Nancy. The car is absolutely beautiful, it doesn't look like it was driven a day. Kevin and the team took great care of my old LR4. There were some part delays, which are to be expected considering the current shipping and supplier issues. All around great business that is fair, up front, and gets the job done. Will be back for future routine service and repairs.

My Rover needed service while traveling through Des Moines. It was towed to Willis without advanced notice given to the Willis service team. Sunny met the tow truck at the door with a smile and took care of me/my vehicle throughout a tough "fix". We visited their showroom to test drive a preowned Jaguar and a preowned Volvo. They told us in advance of a 3-hour drive to their location that the Jaguar needed brakes and that we could not take it home that day. Both vehicles were in excellent condition and priced fairly. The sales consultant was very good, and it was a pleasant experience. We HATE car shopping, but love our preowned Jaguar.

Bought a new Discovery in February of this year. The purchase was easier than the decision to buy the vehicle. Todd Speck made the process smooth and simple, and I was happy with the price. Can't recommend him enough. Had my first service on it this week; Dan Berry was the service advisor. Efficient and conscientious of my time, I dropped off my car and was on the road in a loaner within 15 minutes.
